“Steampunk: New History” Challenge 2024

A new 3D competition, “Steampunk: New History” by 3DModels, is now open to fire up your 2024. All 3D artists are invited to join the challenge and showcase their creativity and skills in modeling and rendering steampunk-inspired projects.

From March 20 to June 5, 2024, all 3D artists are invited to submit their works for the “Steampunk: New History” Challenge 2024.

What you need to do:

• Create a 3D model of a steampunk vehicle, mechanical device, gadget, or invention, and place it in an atmospheric 3D environment to make a stunning rendering.
• Captures the essence of the steampunk genre, which combines Victorian-era aesthetics with steam-powered machinery and retro-futuristic designs.

The jury will pay attention to the visual appeal of your works and other factors (the originality of your concept, quality of your 3D modeling, and overall presentation of your scene).

And don’t forget to read the rules before starting.

The “Steampunk: New History” competition is sponsored by many software, plugins, and render farm companies. The prizes for the three first places are fantastic, and there are a bunch of additional prizes for all 3D artists.
