vray

V-Ray is considered to be one of the best 3D rendering software on the market since it boasts high speed and high quality. Under the hood, V-Ray is a biased raytracer that can harness both a CPU and a GPU (RT) uses brute force and path tracing calculations. You can find it integrated into a vast array of 3D modeling suites.

On the one hand, this 3D rendering software is accessible enough that individual artists and the occasional 3D modeler can get great results out of it. On the other hand, V-Ray also has a comprehensive feature set, that is to say, professional teams can achieve fantastic quality with it. However, if you are aiming to push the envelope, success won’t come quickly with Vray since the advanced features have a steep learning curve.

V-Ray is the sort of 3D rendering software that fits every stage in the development of 3D artists. It’s suitable for beginners, but even seasoned professionals will get their money’s worth.

In this article, we will talk about Blender addons to manage that can help you improve your productivity. It will be possible by automating critical functions and using creative tools that can fill in the gaps in what Blender is already able to offer. There is no doubt that 3D artwork and rendering with Blender is generally tedious and time consuming. Especially when it comes to frequent and repetitive tasks that are not related to the creation process itself, but to the overall workflow. That's why you should use Blender's add-ons for management that can greatly improve your creative process and speed things up.

Have you ever wondered why learning 3D with Blender is so attractive among other famous 3D graphics software? Blender is a free, multi-functional, and plug-in 3D design software that is backed by artists and major companies. We can't use Bloom the same way we do in Eevee since Cycles does not have a bloom feature built into the render engine. Instead, we add the bloom effect in post-production. After your render has finished, go to the compositing workspace and check "use nodes". Between the Render layer node and composite node, add a glare node from the filter submenu after pressing Shift+A. Set the type to "Fog Glow" and quality to "high" then adjust the threshold, mix and size values for your scene and desired result. Now, of course there are many ways we can do this and this may not be the best way, but it is definitely the fastest. Let's explore a little more with iRender.

And one of the quickest and easiest ways to give your product or vehicle renderings more realism is to add presence in your scenes by setting them on a surface and adding a nice shadow or ground reflection. You may have used KeyShot geometry, a table or podium model, or even a duplicate of the object itself to showcase the product on what appears like a real-world surface. But hands down, the easiest way to achieve that effect is to add a Ground Plane. Let's take a look at how to do so and how to work with them.

The most effective way to create 3D characters and animations for Blender using Character Creator & iClone. In this Blog's today, we share the process of creating a fully-rigged character in Character Creator 3, animating the character with iPhone facial mocap and the Reallusion motion library in iClone, and importing character and motion into Blender. There are two methods of working with motion data in Blender – one is using Auto-Rig Pro, another is using Non-linear Action Editor (NLA)

Maxwell Render™ is a rendering engine based on the mathematical equations governing light transport, meaning that all elements, such as emitters, materials and cameras, are derived from physically accurate models. Maxwell Render is unbiased, so no tricks are used to calculate the lighting solution in every pixel of a scene; the result will always be a correct solution, as it would be in the real world. Maxwell Render can fully capture all light interactions between all elements in a scene, and all lighting calculations are performed using spectral information and high dynamic range data. Due to its very nature, Maxwell Render enables users to create accurate and extremely realistic images. Maxwell Render is a recognized standard in architectural visualization, product design, jewelry, film production, scientific research and other high-end rendering markets, and the leader in render quality.

Caustics are among the most beautiful lighting phenomena in nature. Caustics are formed as light refracts through or reflects off specular surfaces. Examples include the light focusing through a glass of cognac, the shimmering light at the bottom of a swimming pool, and even the beams of light from windows into a dusty environment.
