iRender officially becomes sponsor for GTA VI themed Car Render Challenge by 3DModels.org

Today, we are excited to announce iRender officially becomes sponsor for GTA VI themed Car Render Challenge by 3DModels.org. This is a competition for 3D artists to design and render their own cars for GTA VI game’s world.

From September 23rd to December 1st 2026, 3DModels.org conducts an Car Render challenge with GTA VI themed. The game launches on November 19, right in the middle of the challenge. Artists are invited to model their own car for its world and build a scene around it, together with a 3D alligator model and branded plates that every participant receives.

The challenge is free to join. There are two main rules: no AI, and a work-in-progress thread that shows the car was made by you.

For the first time, there is also an Animation Category with separate prizes. Bring your scene to life with a short animation: a camera fly-around, a drive through the city at night, a chase, or any cinematic approach you choose.

The challenge is sponsored by many software companies, modeling service companies, render farms, and iRender is happy to be one of them. iRender’s prizes for the winners of this challenge consist of:

Main Prize:

• • • • The first prize: 1000 RenderPoints
      • The second prize: 500 RenderPoints.
      • The third prize: 200 RenderPoints
      • iRender Best Animation Award: 500 RenderPoints

Especially:

• • • • Within 12 months of the award date, the winner can top up the iRender account any number of times.
      • Each top-up is matched with a 100% bonus in iR credits. A $100 top-up results in $200 worth of usable credit.
      • This bonus cannot be combined with other iRender promotions.
      • Credits are tied to the winner’s registered account, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

To support the challenge, iRender offers 50 render points to participants who register on our website and render your art. If any winner (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) rendered the entry on iRender, we’ll refund 100% of the render costs for that project in render point. You render first, and if you place, it’s on us. This should give entrants a huge incentive to push higher quality, especially in Animation.
